CPPE has links to useful learning resources via its Palliative Care gateway page including an introduction to palliative care and a quiz. The resource Dealing with difficult discussions is an e-learning programme designed to help you approach difficult discussions with patients and others.

SCRIPT is a programme to improve safety and competency among healthcare professionals around prescribing, therapeutics and medicines management. If you are working in the NHS you can register for an account; there is a helpful module on Palliative and end-of-life care.

The e-Lfh site has multiple helpful resources to support you. You may like to start with Palliative care in the Acute Medicine knowledge section which is relevant to pharmacists. You need to register but access is free.
