There are many types of inherited medical condition, but in this tutorial we have chosen four examples where patients may particularly need help from a pharmacist to optimise their medicines. Each inherited disorder features a faulty or absent protein, such as an enzyme. You may like to complete the topic on Pharmacogenomics alongside this one.
